Chicagorent2homes did an awesome job to find a rent-to-own customer for my property in Bolingbrook. I had put the home up for rent in craigslist and Chicagorent2own contacted me seeing the posting. They clearly explained to me how & why rent-to-own will be a better option for me and hence convinced me.

They were very easy to work with and promptly showed the property to a handful of potential customers. They shared customer specific data with me and actively worked with me to clarify any questions &/or doubts I had regarding the potential customers. The process was quick & efficient & the property got rented within 3 weeks with an option to buy.

Chicagorent2own provided very comprehensive rental lease & option policy documents which made it easy for me. They also walked me through all necessary permits, licenses & inspections needed to qualify the property for rental which was helpful too. They set up the tenant with a credit fixing company that will enable them to get the credit score to the required level to qualify for a home loan and hence buy the property within a year.

My husband and I contacted Sam regarding solving our problem of selling our house in Yorkville, IL. He informed us of a program whereby an individual can rent our property with option to buy. He was very professional and always followed up. It took him a short time to find someone for our house. We were very pleased how Sam handled everything in a professional way.

The program worked so good for us that we decided to use Sam and his company for our two other properties, one in Bolingbrook and the other in Schaumburg. The two properties were rented with option to buy in two weeks. Great job Sam. We can not be pleased more and would recommend Sam’s services to our friends and family.
